Shipping policy

Overview

Velenor partners with leading international shipping companies to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Our trusted carriers include DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local courier partners. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

You will be charged upon placing your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. To prevent fraudulent transactions, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.


Shipping Process

  • Orders are fulfilled within 2-5 business days on average and transported to our carrier’s sorting facility. During peak periods such as holidays or in cases of high demand, processing may take up to 10 days.

  • Once your order begins processing through our shipping department, no changes can be made, including address updates. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

  • We only ship on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

  • For multi-item orders, products may ship separately due to variations in our manufacturing partners’ locations.


Tracking

  • All orders include tracking numbers for your convenience. Tracking details are emailed to you once the package is dispatched.

  • Please note that some carriers may take several days to update tracking information in their systems. If no updates are available after 5 business days, contact us for assistance.


Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary by location. Below are estimated delivery timelines (excluding processing time):

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Velenor cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, holidays, weather, or labor disruptions.


Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees

International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Velenor has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable import taxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Velenor is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received the package, please report the issue to the respective carrier and file a claim.

We use the carrier’s tracking timestamp and delivery confirmation when reviewing claims. Unfortunately, we may not honor claims if they are not reported promptly.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Orders cannot be modified after they have been processed or shipped. Velenor cannot retrieve or redirect packages once they are in transit.
